FrontPage DWTemplates

The FrontPage Dynamic Web Template (DWT) Catalog is classified as such because the templates are designed exclusively for use with the Microsoft FrontPage 2003 web publishing program. These templates utilize features exclusive to the FrontPage program, such as FrontPage-driven navigational system, Feedback Forms and Site Maps, as well as taking advantage of the Dynamic Web Template technology not available in earlier versions of FrontPage. Using a Dynamic Web Template (DWT) in FrontPage 2003 is far superior to using templates available for prior versions for three reasons: The format allows the designer to place table borders and graphical design pieces in an area outside the portions of the web page you may edit, freeing you from the potential of destroying the design with a simple drag of a border. The format allows the DWT design to be attached to any existing FrontPage web not using a template (it's almost as easy as applying a theme!). The format allows a completely different DWT design to be attached to any web having an existing DWT attached to it. This step can be as easy as Step 2 if you are using only DWTIG compliant DWTs.
